Received monthly ATT&T telephone bill with an added bill of $9.00 from Agora Solutions. Called AT&T , told this was not a bill from them. Refered me to 1-800-215-1961 and was told by a male person named Reggie this bill was toward an unlimited calling card with voice mail. Wife and I have no knowlege of any such request.

We have had this unkown and unwanted such request hopefully cancelled. Will be watching next months phone bill very close. Will try and re-coup the $9.00 but not very hopeful. This is a Scam for certain. Roger O.

This has happened to us twice now, it was reversed once, and now they're trying it AGAIN. It's a total SCAM and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how they've managed to do this without consent. No one in my family would even have any USE for this service...I too wish someone could trace it to the source somehow, because, as far as I can tell, they don't even exist online under this name and make it impossible to dispute that way.

My bill was also charged a total of 9.15. The service provider on my bill shows Agora Solutions also. I called the service number and found that they said my son had authorized this service. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. WATCH YOUR BILLS VERY CAREFULLY.

I spoke with a rep named "Dennis" who stated that the charges would be removed in 1-2 bill cycles. I told him I have an attorney. I also told him that I would contact the Attorney General and also the Better Business Bureau.

I just got the same charge on my bill. I called and said I never ordered the voice messaging service. They said it came from my email address. I asked them to send me the email, and they just kept repeating the email address. I finally got through the concept of the email ORDER that they said I sent. They told me they would forward the online registration to me - haven't gotten it yet! Will keep trying!

I too have noticed this charge fromm Agora Solutions for a service I never ordered or requested - unfortunately today is Saturday and no billing service is open for me to complain, so will have to wait until Monday to do my inquiries to get these charges reversed. I would love to know how in the world these people manage to inveigle themselves into people's telephone accounts!! If anyone knows, please share this info so that we may protect ourselves from these ruthless scammers!!
